Almond Flour Brownies recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup teaspoons honey
1/4 cup granulated sweetener
3/4 cup unsalted butter (1.5 sticks), melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp guar gum
sprayable extra light olive oil
Instructions:
- Spray a 9″ round bake pan with oil.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Hand mix in the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- Stir till a batter forms and all ingredients are mixed.
- Pour the batter into the bake pan.
- Place a rack in the top oven.
- Set the cooker to Bake, 350° F., 30 minutes cooking time.
- Press Start to begin preheating.
- After preheating, press the Start button to pause the cooker. And put the pan on the rack in the cooker.
- Allow the cooking time to complete.
- Give the brownies time to cool.
- Enjoy!
Whole Chicken recipe:
Ingredients:
5 pound chicken, fresh/thawed
Old Bay seasoning
Ranch seasoning
Instructions:
- Season the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the bake pan.
- Place a rake in the bottom oven, on the lowest rack level.
- Put the meat probe into the jack and the breast meat of the chicken.
- Set the cooker to Whole Roast, 375° F.
- Press the Preset button.
- Turn the knob to Large Chicken.
- Press Start to begin preheating.
- After preheating, put the bake pan on the rack.
- Allow the cooking time to complete.
- Give the chicken at least 5 minutes to reabsorb juices once out of the cooker.
- Enjoy!
