Whole Chicken and Almond Flour Brownies (Ninja Smart Double Oven Recipes)

Almond Flour Brownies recipe:


2 cups almond flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup teaspoons honey
1/4 cup granulated sweetener
3/4 cup unsalted butter (1.5 sticks), melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp guar gum
sprayable extra light olive oil


  1. Spray a 9″ round bake pan with oil.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Hand mix in the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  5. Stir till a batter forms and all ingredients are mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into the bake pan.
  7. Place a rack in the top oven.
  8. Set the cooker to Bake, 350° F., 30 minutes cooking time.
  9. Press Start to begin preheating.
  10. After preheating, press the Start button to pause the cooker. And put the pan on the rack in the cooker.
  11. Allow the cooking time to complete.
  12. Give the brownies time to cool.
  13. Enjoy!

Whole Chicken recipe:


5 pound chicken, fresh/thawed
Old Bay seasoning
Ranch seasoning


  1. Season the chicken.
  2. Place the chicken in the bake pan.
  3. Place a rake in the bottom oven, on the lowest rack level.
  4. Put the meat probe into the jack and the breast meat of the chicken.
  5. Set the cooker to Whole Roast, 375° F.
  6. Press the Preset button.
  7. Turn the knob to Large Chicken.
  8. Press Start to begin preheating.
  9. After preheating, put the bake pan on the rack.
  10. Allow the cooking time to complete.
  11. Give the chicken at least 5 minutes to reabsorb juices once out of the cooker.
  12. Enjoy!
