Turkey Breast: Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast Roast (Super Wave Oven Recipe)

1 Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast Roast, 3 LBS. Thawed
This boneless turkey breast comes in 3 flavors:
– Cajun
– Regular
– Savory Herb

(I recommend the Cajun version.)

1) Open the package, remove the gravy concentrate packet and remove the rope from around the turkey breast.
2) Place the turkey breast, with the breast down on the low rack in the Super Wave Oven.
3) Cook at 460 degrees F for 1 hour.  Turn after the first 30 minutes, then turn again after another 20 minutes, then again after 5 more minutes.
4) Remove, slice and enjoy.

Although the Super Wave Oven can cook this product from frozen.  That would require an additional hour or more of cooking time.  If you let this sit in the refrigerator overnight, it will fully thaw.  With the Super Wave Oven, the choice is yours.

When I cooked this turkey breast, the exterior was kind of crunchy like a fried turkey, but the interior was far more moist than anything I’ve seen from a fried turkey.  This is because the Super Wave Oven can cook an exterior to be similar to fried, but better retain moisture in the meat.  So the outcome is far more juicy and full of flavor.
