1) Place the 9 frozen pieces of cookie dough on the bottom tray. Spread them evenly.
2) Place the lid on the NuWave Oven so its tilted out slightly about 1/4 or 1/2 inch on one side. This is called “venting” and will allow the cookies to cook best.
3) Set the cooking time for 20 minutes at High power and cook the dough until edges are starting to turn golden brown. Be very careful not to overcook them.
4) Remove the lid and allow them to cool on the bottom tray for 15 minutes.
Note: Although this is a considerably longer cooking time than with a conventional oven. The time to pre–heat a conventinal overn makes things even.
