T-Bone Steak (NuWave Oven Recipe)

T-Bone Steak in the NuiWave Oven can produce a tasty dish.  Use the NuWave Oven to cook steaks, including T-Bone Steak.  This recipe can help you make a great T-Bone Steak in the NuWave Oven.

Ingredients:

1 or more T-Bone Steaks (thawed)
A-1 Steak Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Coat each side of the steaks with A-1.
  2. Place the steak(s) on the 4″ rack.
  3. Cook at High Power/350° F. for 10 minutes.
  4. Test temperature for your desired degree of doneness.
  5. If meat is not over 100° F., flip and cook for another 10 minutes.  If already over 100° F., flip and cook for less than 10 minutes.  Based on meat temperature and personal preference.
  6. Test temperature for your desired degree of doneness.
  7. If desired meat temperature has not been reached, flip and cook for some more minutes.  Based on meat temperature and personal preference.
  8. Enjoy!
