Ingredients:
Steak, 1 pound or more
1 cup beef broth
Oil of choice
Steak seasoning of choice
Instructions:
- Cover the steak in oil and steak seasoning.
- Place the wire rack in the pot.
- Add beef broth.
- Place the pressure cook lid onto the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.
- Lock the lid so it is sealed.
- Press the Pressure button and turn the dial to Beef.
- Press the dial in and turn the knob to Low.
(This is high pressure for 15 minutes.) - Press the dial in to start the cook.
(It may take about 10 minutes to fully pressurize.) - When the cooking time completes, perform a quick release. Press the pressure release slider, to release the pressure. Use caution when releasing pressure.
- Remove the steak from the pot and place it into a pan.
- Using pot holders empty out the fluids in the pot. Rinse and dry the pot with paper towels.
(You may save the fluid for other dishes that need a broth.) - Place the pot back into the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.
- Insert the wire rack.
- Place the steak onto the wire rack.
- Put on the air fry lid.
- Press the Air Fry button and turn the dial to Beef.
- Press the Time button and turn the dial to 4 minutes.
- Press the dial in to start the cook.
- Allow the cook time and fan cool down to complete. So this will be 6 minutes total.
