Steak (Emeril Lagasse Pressure Air Fryer Duet Recipe)

Ingredients:

Steak, 1 pound or more
1 cup beef broth
Oil of choice
Steak seasoning of choice

Instructions:

  1. Cover the steak in oil and steak seasoning.
  2. Place the wire rack in the pot.
  3. Add beef broth.
  4. Place the pressure cook lid onto the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.
  5. Lock the lid so it is sealed.
  6. Press the Pressure button and turn the dial to Beef.
  7. Press the dial in and turn the knob to Low.
    (This is high pressure for 15 minutes.)
  8. Press the dial in to start the cook.
    (It may take about 10 minutes to fully pressurize.)
  9. When the cooking time completes, perform a quick release. Press the pressure release slider, to release the pressure. Use caution when releasing pressure.
  10. Remove the steak from the pot and place it into a pan.
  11. Using pot holders empty out the fluids in the pot. Rinse and dry the pot with paper towels.
    (You may save the fluid for other dishes that need a broth.)
  12. Place the pot back into the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.
  13. Insert the wire rack.
  14. Place the steak onto the wire rack.
  15. Put on the air fry lid.
  16. Press the Air Fry button and turn the dial to Beef.
  17. Press the Time button and turn the dial to 4 minutes.
  18. Press the dial in to start the cook.
  19. Allow the cook time and fan cool down to complete. So this will be 6 minutes total.
  20. Enjoy!
