St. Louis Ribs (NuWave Oven Recipe)


About 3 – 4 pounds of St. Louis Ribs
Yellow Mustard
Rib Rub of Choice


  1. Remove excess fat and the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Cover with a light coat of yellow mustard.
  3. Coat in rub of choice
  4. Cut the ribs, so you can place them onto the 1″ rack of the NuWave Oven. Try not to have any overlap.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes at High Power/350° F.
  6. Spin the ribs around.
  7. Cook for another 30 minutes at High Power/350° F.
  8. Spin the ribs around.
  9. Cook for 15 minutes at High Power/350° F.
  10. Some of the meat should be pulling back from the bone. Check the meat temperature is at least 170° F. Preferably over 190° F. This helps ensure the fat is broken down.
