Ingredients:
About 3 – 4 pounds of St. Louis Ribs
Yellow Mustard
Rib Rub of Choice
Instructions:
- Remove excess fat and the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Cover with a light coat of yellow mustard.
- Coat in rub of choice
- Cut the ribs, so you can place them onto the 1″ rack of the NuWave Oven. Try not to have any overlap.
- Cook for 30 minutes at High Power/350° F.
- Spin the ribs around.
- Cook for another 30 minutes at High Power/350° F.
- Spin the ribs around.
- Cook for 15 minutes at High Power/350° F.
- Some of the meat should be pulling back from the bone. Check the meat temperature is at least 170° F. Preferably over 190° F. This helps ensure the fat is broken down.
