Salmon Fillet (Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer Recipe)

Ingredients:

1.3 salmon fillet
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon extra light olive oil.
1 ounces lemon juice
Freshly cracked black pepper
Old Bay seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Put the large pot in the cooker.
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into quarters.
  3. Add the water, lemon juice and oil.
  4. Season the fish.
  5. Add the reversible rack in the high position.
  6. Put the fish onto the rack.
  7. If you have the meat probe:
    1. Place it horizontally into a piece of salmon.
    2. Set the cooker to Steam & Crisp, then select Fish, Well Done.
  8. If you don’t have the meat probe:
    1. Set the cooker to Steam & Crisp, 450° F., 6-8 minutes
  9. Press Start.
  10. Allow the cooking time to complete.
  11. Check the meat temperature is at least 145° F.
  12. Let the meat set outside the cooker for about 5 minutes, to reabsorb juices.
  13. Enjoy!
