- Cut the salmon fillet into about 4 pieces.
- Line the bake pan with a bake and grill mat.
- Season the fish.
- Add the fish to the pan.
- Press the Roast button.
- Set the Temperature to 375° F.
- Set the Time to 15 minutes
- Press the START button.
- After preheating place the bake pan on the middle rack level.
- Allow the cook time to complete.
- Confirm the meat temperature is at least 145° F.
