Ingredients:
4 ounce frozen salmon fillet
Extra light olive oil
Old Bay seasoning
Instructions:
- Coat the fish with a light coating of oil.
- Season the fish.
- Place the fillet into the air fry basket.
- Put the basket on the 3rd level up in the cooker.
- Place the bake pan on the level under the basket, to catch drippings.
- Set the cooker to Air Fry, Fish, 375° F., 20 minutes cooking time.
- Press Start to begin cooking.
- Allow the cook time to complete.
- Check, the meat temperature should be at least 145° F., but may be higher.
- Enjoy!
