Salmon Burgers are easy to make and taste great. So enjoy this recipe for quick and tasty salmon burgers. Use the recipe, to make 2 large Salmon Burgers. Or you may make 4 small ones, but might need to lower the cooking time. Even 1 large Salmon Burger has just 9 carbs.
Ingredients:
1 7.5oz Can of Bumblebee Pink Salmon. (Drain and remove bones.)
1 Large Egg
1 Slice of Whole Wheat Bread, broken into pieces
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Pam Cooking Spray
Instructions:
1) Spray the 4″ rack with Pam spray.
2) Hand mix all ingredients.
3) Form the mix into 2 large patties. (Or 4 small patties.)
4) Place the patties on the 4″ rack and cook at high power for 10 minutes.
5) Flip the patties and cook for 5 minutes at high power.
6) Enjoy!
