Ninja Foodi 8 quart, 9-in-1 Deluxe XL Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer Review. And Pork Loin Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Pork Loin, 6-8 Pounds
1 Cup Vegetable Stock
Pork Rub

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork into 4 pieces. This will help ensure all the pork cooks well under pressure.
  2. Cover the pork with your pork rub of choice and place them into the pot. Make sure nothing is over the max fill line.
  3. Pour in the broth.
  4. Place the pressure cook lid onto the Ninja Foodi Pressure Air Fryer.
  5. Lock the lid so it is sealed.
  6. Set the cooker to the Pressure cooking option.
  7. Ensure it is set to High Pressure, which is the default pressure level.
  8. Press the Time button and adjust the cooking time to the total weight of the meat times 10, and minus 10 minutes. (So, a 7-pound Pork Loin should be cooked for 60 minutes.)
  9. Press the dial in to start the cook.
  10. When the cooking time completes, allow 10 minutes of natural release. Then release the remaining pressure. Use caution when releasing pressure.
  11. Check the meat temperature is at least 145° F., but it will likely be much hotter.
  12. Remove the pork from the pot and place it into a pan.
  13. Rinse and dry the pot with paper towels.
  14. Place the pot back into the Ninja Foodi Pressure Air Fryer.
  15. Insert the reversible rack in the low position.
  16. Place 2 pieces of pork onto the rack.
  17. Close the crisp lid.
  18. Select the Air Crisp option.
  19. Press the Temp button and set the temperature to 375° F.
  20. Press the Time button and turn the dial to 10 minutes.
  21. Press the dial in to start the cook.
  22. Allow the air crisp to run for 5 minutes and then lift the lid off, to pause the cook.
  23. Remove those 2 pieces.
  24. Then repeat air frying process for the remaining 2 pieces.
  25. Enjoy!
