Ingredients:
1 Pork Loin, 6-8 Pounds
1 Cup Vegetable Stock
Pork Rub
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into 4 pieces. This will help ensure all the pork cooks well under pressure.
- Cover the pork with your pork rub of choice and place them into the pot. Make sure nothing is over the max fill line.
- Pour in the broth.
- Place the pressure cook lid onto the Ninja Foodi Pressure Air Fryer.
- Lock the lid so it is sealed.
- Set the cooker to the Pressure cooking option.
- Ensure it is set to High Pressure, which is the default pressure level.
- Press the Time button and adjust the cooking time to the total weight of the meat times 10, and minus 10 minutes. (So, a 7-pound Pork Loin should be cooked for 60 minutes.)
- Press the dial in to start the cook.
- When the cooking time completes, allow 10 minutes of natural release. Then release the remaining pressure. Use caution when releasing pressure.
- Check the meat temperature is at least 145° F., but it will likely be much hotter.
- Remove the pork from the pot and place it into a pan.
- Rinse and dry the pot with paper towels.
- Place the pot back into the Ninja Foodi Pressure Air Fryer.
- Insert the reversible rack in the low position.
- Place 2 pieces of pork onto the rack.
- Close the crisp lid.
- Select the Air Crisp option.
- Press the Temp button and set the temperature to 375° F.
- Press the Time button and turn the dial to 10 minutes.
- Press the dial in to start the cook.
- Allow the air crisp to run for 5 minutes and then lift the lid off, to pause the cook.
- Remove those 2 pieces.
- Then repeat air frying process for the remaining 2 pieces.
- Enjoy!
