Ingredients:
Fresh Chicken Wings and/or Tenders
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Ounce Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
1 Tbs Cracked Black Pepper
Cooking Spray
1 Ounce Butter
Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce
Instructions:
- Cut tips from the wings and separate whole wings into sections.
- Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, to fully coat them.
- Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken on the mesh racks and tray.
- Place the mesh tray on top of the grease tray, the very bottom level.
- Place the mesh racks on the first and 2nd level rack holders.
- Set the NuWave Brio 14Q to 400° F., 25 minutes cooking time.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cook.
- After 13 minutes, open the door and swap the lowest and highest rack/tray.
- Allow the cook to complete. And test meat on all levels is at least 165° F.
- Heat the butter and a bottle of the Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce till well mixed.
- Coat all the chicken in the sauce and then put it all back into the NuWave Brio 14Q.
- Set the NuWave Brio 14Q to 400° F., 12 minutes cooking time.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cook.
- After 4 minutes, remove the highest rack/tray of chicken. And move the lowest rack/tray up to where the removed rack was.
- After another 4 minutes, remove the now highest rack/tray. Leave the last remaining rack/tray where it is.
- After the final 4 minutes, remove the last remaining rack/tray.
- Coat the chicken with the remaining sauce.
- Enjoy.
