Lobster Tails (NuWave Oven Recipe)


2+ 4 oz Lobster Tails
Butter, melted


  1. Cut the Lobster Tails open.
  2. Pull the meat up slightly above the shell.  Leave the back end of the meat connected to the back of the shell.
  3. Pour some butter on the meat.
  4. Shake on pepper to taste.
  5. Shake on salt to taste.
  6. Cook on the 4″ Rack at High Power/350° F, for 10 – 11 minutes.
  7. Check meat temperature is at least 140° – 145° F.
  8. Enjoy with some of the remaining melted butter as a dip.
