Lions Mane Mushrooms and Brussels Sprouts (Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pro Grill and Griddle Recipe)

Ingredients:

1 pound Lions Mane Mushrooms
2 pounds Brussels Spouts
Extra Light Olive Oil
Organic No Salt Seasoning, or seasoning of choice

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry the Brussels Spouts
  2. Cut the stem off, and dry brush any visible dirt off the Lions Mane Mushrooms.
  3. Cut the Brussels Spouts in halves lengthwise.
  4. Cut the Lions Mane Mushrooms into fillets.
  5. Oil and season the vegetables.
  6. Set the grill to Medium Grill:
    1. 10-12 minutes for the Brussels Spouts
    2. 10 minutes for the Lions Mane Mushrooms.
  7. Press Start, to start preheating.
  8. After preheating, add the Brussels Spouts, and flip them half way into the cooking time.
  9. When the Brussels Spouts are finished. Remove the Brussels Spouts, and do the same for the Lions Mane Mushrooms.
  10. Enjoy!
