4 Pounds of Frozen Chicken Wing Sections
1 12-Ounce Bottle of Hot Wing Sauce
1 Ounce of Softened Butter
1 Tbs. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 Tbs Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

- Pour the hot wing sauce mixture over the wings.
- Place the pressure cook lid onto the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.
- Lock the lid so it is sealed.
- Press the Pressure button and turn the dial to Poultry.
- Press the dial and then press the Time button. Turn the dial to 16 minutes cooking time.
- Press the dial in to start the cook.
(It may take about 19 minutes to fully pressurize.) - When the cooking time completes, perform a rapid release. Press the pressure release slider, to release the pressure. Use caution when releasing pressure.
- Check the wings are at least 180° F.
- Remove the wings from the pot and place them in a pan.
- Using pot holders empty out the fluids in the pot into a bowl. Rinse and dry the pot with paper towels.
- Place the pot back into the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.

- Place a single layer of wings onto the wire rack.
(About 15 wings may fit at once.) - Put on the air fry lid.
- Press the Air Fry button and turn the dial to Poultry.
- Press the Temp Button and turn the dial to 400° F.
- Press the Time button and turn the dial to 59 minutes. This is just to give plenty of time, more than enough for air frying multiple sets of wings.
- Press the dial in to start the cook.
- Allow the wings to air fry for 5 minutes, then pause and flip the wings, and air fry another 5 minutes. 10 minutes total for each set of wings.
- Repeat step #21 until all wings have been air fried.
- Press the Cancel button when finished.
- Toss the air fried wings in the sauce.
- Enjoy!
