Hot Dogs, Bratwurst and Buns (NuWave Primo Grill Oven Grilling Instructions)

Ingredients:

About 3 Hot Dogs
About 3 Bratwurst
About 6 hot dog buns
Spreadable butter or other butter type spread

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the hot dogs and Bratwurst on the Grill Plate
  2. Cover with the NuWave Primo Power Dome and Power Head.
  3. Set the Cook to 400° F., 50% Top/50% Bottom, 14 minutes cooking time.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button.
    1. Hot Dogs: 400° F. 10 minutes, flip after 6 minutes
      1. From Frozen: 12 minutes, flip after 7 minutes
    2. Brats: 400° F. 12 minutes, flip after 6 minutes
      1. From Frozen: 15 minutes, flip after 10 minutes
    3. Hot Dog Buns: preheat to 400° F., butter both sides, about 2 minutes per side, 4 minutes total.

      (You can add the hot dog buns just after you remove the hot dogs.)
  5. Check the meat temperature for hot dogs is at least 140° F. and Bratwurst is at least 160° F.
  6. Enjoy!
