Ingredients:
1 Hormel Always Tender Pork Roast, 2lbs., thawed or frozen
Instructions:
1) Place the pork roast on the 1 inch rack.
2) If thawed, cook at high power for 40 minutes. If frozen, cook at high power for 1 hour.
3) Flip the roast over.
4) If thawed, cook at high power for 30 minutes. If frozen, cook at high power for 1 hour.
9) Use a meat thermometer, to ensure an internal temperature of 170 degrees F has been reached.
