Pizza Stone Instructions (recommended):
- Start making the Pizza Dough according to your bread machine’s instructions. Since every bread machine works best with its own instructions, use the ones the manufacturer recommends for your bread machine.
- Set the pizza stone onto the grill plate of the NuWave Primo Grill Oven.
- Set the NuWave Primo to 400° F., 50% Top/50% Bottom.
- Set the cooking time to a time like 1 hour, although all will go much faster.
- Press the Preheat button and then press the Start/Pause to begin preheating.
- After the NuWave Primo Grill Oven is preheated, press the Start/Pause button and allow the pizza stone to continue heating for 20 minutes.
- Use a dough cutter to cut the 2 pound dough ball in half.
- Stretch or roll the dough out on a floured pad.
- Transfer the dough to a floured pizza peel.
- Spread pizza sauce onto the dough.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add other toppings of choice.
- Press the Start/Pause button to pause the NuWave Primo.
- Open the NuWave Primo and sprinkle flour over the pizza stone.
- Place the pizza onto the pizza stone, by sliding it from the pizza peel to the grill plate.
- Put the Power Dome and Power Head back onto the NuWave Primo Grill Oven, and press the Start/Pause button to begin the cook.
- Allow the pizza to cook until you feel it’s done. This may take about 6 and a half minutes.
- Press the On/Off button if you are not cooking any more pizzas. Or Start/Pause and remove the pizza, then repeat earlier steps to cook more pizza(s).
- Enjoy!
No Pizza Stone Instructions:

- Cook at 400° F., 30% Top/70% Bottom, 9 minutes cooking time.
- If you feel too much smoke is being made, you can remove the pizza before the cooking time completes.
