This is my attempt at the “Meatball Bake” sold by Marco’s Pizza.
20 Casa Di Bertacchi Authentic Italian Style Beef Meatballs, frozen
1/2 cup already cooked chopped sausage links, room temperature or from refrigerator. (About 5 chopped links make 1/2 cup.)
1 & 1/2 cups Ragu Traditional Old World Style Pasta Sauce (Or the pasta sauce of your choice.)
1 & 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pam cooking spray
- Spray a 9 inch cake pan with Pam Spray.
- Add Meatballs and place on the 4 inch rack. Cook at high power for 5 minutes.
- Add Pasta Sauce, sausage and top with cheese.
- Cook on the 4 inch rack for 5 – 7 minutes.
