Grilled Salmon, NuWave Style (NuWave Oven Recipe)

Ingredients:

1 4oz Salmon filet. (frozen or thawed)

1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbs Mrs. Dash Original seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Coat the exterior of the salmon with the oil.  Just pore some on top and rub it all over.  A light coat is sufficient.  Use extra if needed.
  2. Shake Mrs. Dash seasoning over both sides of the salmon.
  3. Place salmon on the 4″ rack and cook at high power:
  4. If Frozen or thawed, use the instructions below:
    • If Frozen: Cook 25 minutes.  The top will be blackened.  Don’t turn any during cooking if you prefer blackened.
      • If you prefer a less blackened top, cook 15 minutes and turn, cook 5 minutes and turn, then cook 5 more minutes.  25 minutes total.
    • If Thawed: Cook 20 minutes.  The top will be blackened.  Don’t turn any during cooking if you prefer blackened.
      • If you prefer a less blackened top, cook 10 minutes and turn, then cook 10 more minutes.  20 minutes total.
