Frozen Pizza Guidelines (NuWave Oven Heating Instructions)

 

Frozen Pizza Cooking Guidelines.

These are general guidelines. To help you when cooking a frozen pizza in the NuWave Oven.

Ingredients:

For a Frozen Pizza about 300 – 360 grams in weight. Such as:

1 Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza, frozen
or
1 Totino’s Party Pizza, frozen
or
1 Palermo’s Flatbread Pizza, frozen
or
1 Kashi Thin Crust Pizza, frozen

For a Frozen Pizza about 450 grams in weight. Such as:

1 Sam’s Choice Thin Crust, frozen

For a Frozen Pizza about 650 grams in weight. Such as:

1 Red Baron Classic Crust Pizza, frozen

For a Frozen Pizza about 800 – 850 grams in weight. Such as:

1 DiGiorno Rising Crust Pizza, frozen

Instructions:
(For 300 – 360 grams)

  1. Using parchment paper, place the pizza face down on the parchment paper, on the 4 inch rack.
  2. Cook at high power for 5 minutes.
  3. Use the NuWave pizza flipper, to flip the pizza top side up and remove the parchment paper.
  4. Cook at high power for 4 minutes.

(For 450 grams)

  1. Using parchment paper, place the pizza face down on the parchment paper, on the 4 inch rack.
  2. Cook at high power for 5 minutes.
  3. Use the NuWave pizza flipper, to flip the pizza top side up and remove the parchment paper.
  4. Cook at high power for 5 minutes.

(For 650 grams)

  1. Using parchment paper, place the pizza face down on the parchment paper, on the 4 inch rack.
  2. Cook at high power for 7 minutes.
  3. Use the NuWave pizza flipper, to flip the pizza top side up and remove the parchment paper.
  4. Cook at high power for 7 minutes.

(For 800 – 850 grams)

  1. Using parchment paper, place the pizza face down on the parchment paper, on the 4 inch rack.
  2. Cook at high power for 8 minutes.
  3. Use the NuWave pizza flipper, to flip the pizza top side up and remove the parchment paper.
  4. Cook at high power for 9 minutes.

 

If you want to have a pizza 800 – 850 grams in size without flipping:

  1. Spray the bottom of the pizza with Cooking Spray while it’s still frozen.
  2. Place on the 4″ Rack and cover with foil.
  3. Cook for 15 minuets at 350° F./High Power.
  4. Remove the foil.
  5. Cook for 9 minutes at 350° F./High Power.

 

Note: For a 300 gram frozen pizza. If you choose, you can simply cook a frozen pizza of the mentioned size, right side up on the 1 inch rack for 8 minutes. That will cook it, but the bottom will be soggy.
