Fresh Cornish Hen (Breville Combi Wave 3 in 1 Recipe)

Ingredients:

Cornish Hen, about 1.5 pounds, fresh/thawed
Seasonings of choice

Instructions:

  1. Put the hen in the Crisper Pan.
  2. Sprinkle on seasonings of choice.
  3. Put the Crisper Pan with the legs folded/closed into the Breville Combi Wave.
  4. Press the Fast Combi button, then turn the top dial to 25 minutes cooking time. Keep the default temperature of 400° F.
  5. Press the Start Button/Dial, to begin the cook.
  6. After the cooking time completes, check the meat temperature is at least 165° F.
  7. Enjoy!
