Flatbread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Flatout Flatbread (All of the Flatout Flatbreads are low carb, but their “Flatout Light” line has the lowest carbs of them all.)
2 Tbs. (1/8 cup) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Or the pizza sauce of your choice. If you use Oil, you may want to sprinkle some Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend over it to taste, before adding other toppings.)
1 1/2 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Fat free is OK too.)
Other toppings of your choice
Instructions:
1) Spread the oil over one side of the flatbread. Use additional if needed.
2) Add all the other toppings of your choice.
3) Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
4) Using parchment paper, place the pizza face down on the parchment paper, on the 4 inch rack.
5) Cook at high power for 3 minutes.
6) Use the NuWave pizza flipper, to flip the pizza top side up and remove the parchment paper.
7) Cook at high power for 3 – 5 minutes.
8) Enjoy!
Thin Artisan Flatbread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Flatout Thin Artisan Flatbread
2 Tbs. (1/8 cup) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Or the pizza sauce of your choice. If you use Oil, you may want to sprinkle some Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend over it to taste, before adding other toppings.)
1 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Fat free is OK too.)

3/4 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Fat free is OK too.)
