I’ve also tried cooking Sunny Side Up Eggs in a microwave oven, and that’s no fun at all. The eggs can be easily overcooked and the yolk hardened. Or under cook the white, in an effort to keep the yolks of the Sunny Side Up Eggs from hardening. And, when attempting to make Sunny Side Up Eggs in a microwave oven, the yolk could explode. Even if you pierce the yolks, so they don’t explode, the white may pop in places and make a mess. Sunny Side Up Eggs should not be a potential mess.
