This recipe makes one large crab cake.
Ingredients:
4 oz (1/2 cup) Crab Meat. (Although Maryland Blue Crab Backfin meat is best. Even if you live far from traditional crab territory, you can make a great crab cake. Just use 1 can of Bumblebee Fancy Lump Crabmeat. You can find this is most grocery stores anywhere, with other canned fish and canned meats.)
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
Season Salt to taste
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup bread crumbs, or 1 slice of slightly hardened white bread broken into pieces
(Adjust the amount of any ingredient above as desired.)
Instructions:
1) Place a layer of aluminum foil on the 4 inch rack.
2) Hand mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3) Form the mixed ingredients into one large patty and place on the foil covered 4 inch rack.
4) Heat at high power for 15 minutes.
5) Enjoy!
