Cookie Cake can be made easily with this NuWave Oven Recipe.
You may use the low carb options mentioned in this recipe, or regular ingredients. Either way, the Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Cake is going to taste great. It just depends on what you prefer. So it is up to you, how you want to make your great cookie cake. You could even use a frosting of your choice, to make your cookie cake decorative. Or even a cookie cake birthday cake!
Ingredients:
1 cup Carbquick or Bisquick. (Carbquick has 90% less carbs than Bisquick.)
1 cup Sugar substitute or sugar. (A good sugar substitute is ZSweet.)
3/8 cup unsweetened baker’s Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular cow’s milk. (Unsweetened vanilla almond milk has just 1 carb per serving and about the same amount of fiber.)
1/4 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
Pam cooking spray
Instructions:
1) Spray a 9 inch cake pan with Pam spray.
2) Place the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix them together.
3) Add the almond milk/cow’s milk and stir in for dough to form.
4) Spread the dough in a layer over the bottom of the cake pan.
5) Place the pan on the 1 inch rack.
6) Cook for 20 minutes at high power.
7) Allow to cool.
8) Enjoy!
