Burgers (NuWave Primo Grill Oven Recipe)

Ingredients:

Ground Beef
Burger Seasoning of choice

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ground beef with the burger seasoning.
  2. Form the meat into patties.
  3. Arrange the patties on the Grill Plate of the NuWave Primo Grill Oven.
  4. Put on the NuWave Primo Power Dome and Power Head.
  5. Set the cook to 400° F., 50% Top/50% Bottom.
  6. Press the Probe Button and set the probe temperature of your choice. 155° F. for Medium Well-Well Done.
  7. Press the Start/Pause button, to begin the cook.
  8. At 135° F., pause the cook, remove the meat probe and flip the burgers over.
  9. Put the meat probe back into a burger.
  10. Put back on the NuWave Primo Power Dome and Power Head.
  11. Press the Start/Pause button, to resume the cook.
  12. Allow the cook to complete.
  13. Enjoy!
