Brisket Lasagna (Emerald Digital Air Fryer Oven Recipe)


13.25 ounces of lasagna, 15 pieces
0.75 pounds of chopped smoked beef brisket
24 ounce jar of marinara pasta sauce (better to use 48 ounces, 2 jars)
30 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese


  1. Boil the pasta till fully cooked.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, in a separate pan, simmer the pasta sauce and stir in the chopped beef brisket.
  3. Using a 13″ baking pan without handles, add a thin layer of the meat sauce to the bottom of the pan.
  4. Then add a layer of 5 lasagna strips over that layer of meat sauce.
  5. Then add another thin layer of meat sauce.
  6. Then add a layer of ricotta cheese.
  7. Then add another layer of 5 lasagna strips
  8. Then a thin layer of meat sauce.
  9. Then a thin of ricotta cheese again.
  10. Then a final layer of lasagna.
  11. Then a final layer of meat sauce.
  12. Then a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  13. Place a rack on the 2nd rack level up.
  14. Set the cooker to Bake at 350° F. for 35 minutes.
  15. Press Start to begin preheating.
  16. After 10 minutes cover with foil and continue cooking.
  17. After preheating place the pan on the rack.
  18. Close the door and press the Start button to begin the cook.
  19. Allow the cooking time to complete.
  20. Enjoy!
