Boiled Eggs are easy using the NuWave Oven
2 large eggs, refrigerated
- Place the eggs on the 1 inch rack.
- Cook at high power for 11 – 14 minutes.
- Peel and eat.
Note: The best cooking time for your eggs may vary. Cooking the appropriate amount of time for your eggs, cooks the inside and prevents the shell from cracking. If you cook too little, the inside may not be fully cooked. But if you cook for too long, the shells might crack and the inside starts browning. I’ve found cooking the eggs are cooked, the easier they are to peel.
