Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef (fresh/thawed)
Garlic and herb seasoning, or seasoning(s) of choice
Instructions:
- Spread the beef out flat by hand.
- Season the top of the beef
- Mix the beef and seasoning together by hand.
- Make 4 patties, and indent the middle of each burger. This helps them not to bulge as much in the middle.
- Put the 4 burger patties on the air fry rack.
- Put the wire rack on the lower rack level and put the pan on the wire rack, to catch drippings.
- Put the air fry rack on the upper rack level.
- Set the cooker to Broil, Hi, 15 minutes cooking time.
- Press Start to begin the cook.
- Turn the burgers over after the first 10 minutes
- Let the cook time complete.
- Check the meat temperature is your preference, 155° F. is medium well done. 160° F. is well done.
- Take the burgers out and give them about 5 minutes to rest and reabsorb juices.
- Enjoy.
