Baked Potato (NuWave Brio 14Q Air Fryer Oven Recipe)

Ingredients:

2 jumbo baking/russet potatoes
Canola oil
Salt of choice
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Fully wash and clean the potatoes.
  2. Poke the potatoes with holes using a fork.
  3. Cover the potatoes in a light coating of oil.
  4. Cover the potatoes in spices.
  5. Insert the meat probe into the probe jack and deep into a potato.
  6. Set the NuWave Brio 14Q to 400° F.
  7. Press the Probe button.
  8. Set the target temperature to 212° F.
  9. Press the Preheat button.
  10. Press the Start/Pause button to begin the preheat.
  11. After preheating is finished. Place the potatoes on the bottom grease catcher in the NuWave Brio 14Q.
  12. Close the door, to begin the cook.
  13. Allow the cook to complete.
  14. After removing the potatoes, allow them time to cool down a little.
  15. Enjoy!
