Baby Back Ribs (Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer Recipe)

Ingredients:

9 pounds of baby back ribs
1 cup barbeque sauce of choice or apple juice
1 cup of water
Pork rub of choice

Instructions:

  1. Cut the ribs into quarters.
  2. Cover the pork with your pork rub of choice and place them into the pot. Make sure nothing is over the max fill line.
  3. Pour in the fluids.
  4. Place the pressure cook lid onto the Ninja Foodi Pressure Air Fryer.
  5. Lock the lid so it is sealed.
  6. Set the cooker to the Pressure cooking option.
  7. Ensure it is set to High Pressure, which is the default pressure level.
  8. Press the Time button and adjust the cooking time to 30 minutes.
  9. Make sure the pressure valve is in the locked position.
  10. Press the dial in to start the cook.
  11. When the cooking time completes, allow 20 minutes of natural release. Then release the remaining pressure. Use caution when releasing pressure.
  12. Check the meat temperature is at least 145° F., but it will likely be much hotter.
  13. Remove the pork from the pot and place it into a pan.
  14. Rinse and dry the pot with paper towels.
  15. Place the pot back into the Ninja Foodi Pressure Air Fryer.
  16. Insert the reversible rack in the low position.
  17. Place a few pieces of pork onto the rack in a single layer.
  18. Close the crisp lid.
  19. Select the Air Crisp option.
  20. Press the Temp button and set the temperature to 375° F.
  21. Press the Time button and turn the dial to 30 minutes. (This just gives more than enough time to work with.)
  22. Press the dial in to start the cook.
  23. Allow the air crisp to run for 5 minutes and then lift the lid off, to pause the cook.
  24. Remove those pieces.
  25. Then repeat air frying process for the remaining pieces until finished.
  26. Enjoy!
