Almond Whole Wheat Flour Pancakes (Gourmia 8-Quart Digital Air Fryer Recipe)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons granulated sweetener
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
sprayable extra light olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients.
  4. Put a metal 9″ pan into the air fryer.
  5. Set the cooker to Bake, 350° F., 8 minutes cooking time. Keep the preheat on, set the “turn” indicator to off.
  6. Press Start to begin preheating.
  7. After preheating, open and spray the pan with oil.
  8. Pour half the mixture into the pan.
  9. Close, and allow the cooking time to complete.
  10. Use a spatula, to remove the pancake.
  11. Spray the pan with oil again.
  12. Pour the rest of the mixture into the pan.
  13. Close the basket.
  14. Set the cooker to Bake, 350° F., 8 minutes cooking time. Turn preheat off, and set the “turn” indicator to off.
  15. Press Start, to begin cooking the 2nd pancake.
  16. Allow the cooking time to complete.
  17. Use a spatula, to remove the pancake.
  18. Enjoy!
