Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons granulated sweetener
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
sprayable extra light olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Put a metal 9″ pan into the air fryer.
- Set the cooker to Bake, 350° F., 8 minutes cooking time. Keep the preheat on, set the “turn” indicator to off.
- Press Start to begin preheating.
- After preheating, open and spray the pan with oil.
- Pour half the mixture into the pan.
- Close, and allow the cooking time to complete.
- Use a spatula, to remove the pancake.
- Spray the pan with oil again.
- Pour the rest of the mixture into the pan.
- Close the basket.
- Set the cooker to Bake, 350° F., 8 minutes cooking time. Turn preheat off, and set the “turn” indicator to off.
- Press Start, to begin cooking the 2nd pancake.
- Allow the cooking time to complete.
- Use a spatula, to remove the pancake.
- Enjoy!
