Almond Flour Brownies (Kalorik 8-Quart Touchscreen Air Fryer Recipe)


2 cups almond flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup teaspoons honey
1/4 cup granulated sweetener (or 1.5 teaspoons organic monk fruit extract powder)
3/4 cup unsalted butter (1.5 sticks), melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp guar gum
sprayable extra light olive oil


  1. Spray a 9″ round ramekin with oil.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Hand mix in the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  5. Stir till a batter forms and all ingredients are mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into the ramekin.
  7. Remove the trivet from the air fryer basket.
  8. Place a separate small metal or other heat resistant stand or trivet into the basket. The place the ramekin on it.
  9. Put the original air fryer trivet over the ramekin. This will help keep the brownies from overcooking on top.
  10. Set the cooker to Bake, 350° F., 20 minutes cooking time.
  11. Press the Power button, to begin cooking.
  12. Allow the cooking time to complete.
  13. Give the brownies time to cool.
  14. Enjoy!
