Ingredients:
1.5 cups water
2 Tbs honey
4 large beaten eggs
5 cups almond flour
1/4 cup whole milk powder
1 cup vital wheat gluten
2 Tbs powered sweetener
2 tsp guar gum
2 tsp salt
2 Tbs softened chunks of butter
2 tsp bread machine yeast
Instructions:
- Use the 2-pound white bread dark loaf settings for your bread machine.
- Leave the bread in the bread machine for 20 minutes after the cook time is finished, with the bread machine turned off. To allow some carry over heat to ensure the loaf cooks fully.
- Enjoy!
