Ingredients:
Up to 18 Fresh Chicken Wings
1 Ounce Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling Blend Seasoning
1 Ounce Old Bay Seasoning
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Yellow Corn Meal
4 Large Eggs beaten
2 Cups of Milk
Pam Spray
Instructions:
- Mix the wet ingredients well by hand/wisk.
- Mix all dry ingredients by hand mixing well.
- One wing at a time, use the wet egg wash to coat a wing.
- Then cover the egg washed wing with the dry breading.
- Place the battered wing on a Crisper Tray.
- Repeat Steps 3 – 5 above, until all wings are battered and on Crisper Trays. Up to 6 will fit on a Crisper Tray.
- Spray both sides of the wings with Pam Spray. Ensure the exterior is fully moist.
- Place all the crisper trays into the Power Air Fryer Oven Elite.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 370° F.
- Turn the top rack of wings over and spray any dry spots with Pam Spray.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 370° F.
- Check the top rack of wings for doneness and remove if done.
- Take out the middle rack of wings, flip them, spray any dry spots with Pam Spray and put the tray of wings up on the top rack.
- Pull out the bottom rack of wings, spray any dry spots and slide the tray up into the middle rack.
- Cook for 5 minutes at 370° F.
- Check the top rack of wings for doneness and remove if done.
- Take out the middle rack of wings, flip them, spray any dry spots with Pam Spray and put the tray of wings up on the top rack.
- Cook for 5 minutes at 370° F.
- Check the wings for doneness and remove if done.
