Air Fried Chicken Tenders, Homemade From Frozen (Power Air Fryer Oven Recipe)


5 Frozen Raw Chicken Tenderloins
4 Large Eggs
2 Cups Milk (any type of milk you prefer)
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Yellow Corn Meal
1 Tbs. Applewood Smoked Salt
1 Tbs. Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Cooking Spray



  1. Place the fully frozen raw chicken tenderloins on a Crisper Tray.
  2. Place the Crisper Tray on the top rack of the Power Air Fryer Oven Elite.
  3. Cook at 350° F. for 5 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken over.
  5. Cook at 350° for 5 more minutes.
  6. Separate any joined chicken tenderloins.
  7. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl as an Egg Wash.
  8. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl as breading.
  9. Dip each Chicken Tenderloin in the Egg Wash, then into the breading and cover with breading.
  10. Then dip each Chicken Tenderloin in the Egg Wash a 2nd time and then into the breading a 2nd time.  To double coat them.
  11. Spray cooking spray all over the outside of each Chicken Tenderloin.
  12. Place the double breaded Chicken Tenders on a Crisper Tray.
  13. Place the Crisper Tray on the top rack of the Power Air Fryer Oven Elite.
  14. Cook for 15 minutes at 400° F., to Air Fry the Chicken Tenders.
  15. Test the meat temperature is at least 165° F. or higher.
  16. Enjoy!


Note: The amount of Egg Wash and Breading will be enough for even more Chicken Tenders if you desire.  You will need to use multiple Crisper Trays and adjust cooking time as needed.
