2 whole chickens, about 5-6 pounds each, fresh/thawed

Old Bay seasoning
Lemon pepper seasoning of choice
- Cover the chickens with a light coating of oil.
- Season the chickens.
- Please a chicken in each basket.
- Press the Match Cook button.
- Set the cooker to Roast, 350° F., 2 hours cooking time.
- Press the center dial button to start the cook.
- Allow the cook time to complete.
- Check the meat temperature of both chickens is at least 165° F.
- Add more time if needed.
- After finished cooking, allow the chickens 5 minutes outside the cooker to reabsorb juices.
