Two 3.25 pound whole chickens, raw/thawed
Extra light olive oil
Old Bay seasoning
Lemon pepper seasoning
Freshly cracked black pepper
- Cover the chickens with a light coating of oil.
- Season the chickens.
- Place a chicken into each basket, breast side up.
- Press the Dual Cook button.
- Set cooker to Roast, 375° F., 1 hours cooking time.
- Allow the cooking time to complete.
- Check the meat temperature is at least 165° F.
- Allow the meat 5 minutes to rest and reabsorb juices.
